WooCommerce integration
Hi Minh, Yes, I can give you temporary access to troubleshoot the integration. For security reasons, I’d prefer not to send the WooCommerce Consumer Key and Consumer Secret by email. Could you please clarify what exact WordPress/WooCommerce role and permissions you need for contact@seomatic.ai? I can create a temporary user for you with the minimum permissions required, and remove it once the WooCommerce integration is working. Thanks!

WooCommerce integration still does not connect after deployment
Hi Minh, I tried the WooCommerce integration again after your deployment, but unfortunately there is no change. I am still unable to connect it. I am using: a valid WooCommerce REST API wc/v3 Consumer Key; a valid Consumer Secret; Read-only permissions; Store URL: https://idhair.com.ua/ When I click Connect, the integration still does not complete and no error message is shown. Could you please check the connection logs for my IDHair workspace and see what is failing on the backend? Since this integration was just deployed, I suspect there may still be an issue in the connection flow. I can keep the current credentials unchanged while you investigate.

ChatSEO Consumes Credits but Does Not Return the Analysis
Hi, I’m experiencing a recurring issue with ChatSEO. I asked ChatSEO to perform a detailed analysis of four e-commerce pages using Google Search Console data. ChatSEO reported that it had: queried Google Search Console; crawled the four pages; pulled query-level data; checked SERP features and indexing; analyzed cannibalization. However, after completing these actions, the response stopped before displaying the actual analysis. I then explicitly asked ChatSEO to continue the previous response without running new tools and simply display the analysis it had already completed. The response stopped again almost immediately after the introduction, without returning the four-page analysis. AI credits appear to have been consumed for these operations, but I did not receive the requested output. Could you please investigate: Why is ChatSEO repeatedly stopping before returning the final analysis? Were credits charged for the failed/incomplete responses? Can those credits be restored? Is there a response-length or tool-output limitation causing this? How should I request larger analyses without repeatedly consuming credits when the final response fails? This is important for us because we are currently evaluating SEOmatic during the trial and a significant portion of our AI credits has already been consumed during testing.

E-commerce SEO Specialist cannot be enabled
Hi! I'm currently testing SEOmatic on the Launch trial for a WooCommerce website. In Settings → AI Agents I can see several specialist skills, but I cannot enable them: E-commerce SEO Specialist International / Multilingual SEO Specialist Local SEO Specialist Other specialist skills can be enabled normally. Could you please clarify why these three skills are disabled? Are they available only on the Scale plan because Scale includes “Custom Agent Skills”, or is there another requirement to activate them? E-commerce SEO Specialist is particularly important for us because the website is a WooCommerce store with product and category pages.
